Our Lamb is sourced from our Lleyn flock which are lambed outside in the spring sunshine. Reared on clover rich pasture overlooking Dartmoor, the meat is tender and full of flavour.
In addition to Lamb, we also supply older animals as Hogget and Mutton. This meat has even more flavour and is a traditional good-value meat which is making a welcome comeback.
The Lamb, Hogget and Mutton are all available as joints, chops, steaks, mince and sausages. For the best value try our half or whole lamb boxes.
