Our Pork is produced from the finest of traditional rare-breed pig, The Gloucester Old Spot ,this being the original ‘orchard pig’.
All our pigs are genuinely free-range and are reared slowly to maturity. The pigs spend their whole lives roaming freely in open paddocks during the spring, summer and autumn with cosy straw-bedded sheds in winter.
This stress-free rearing results in delicious, succulent and mouth-watering pork with proper ‘crackling’. Pork is available in great value meat boxes or cut to order into joints, chops, bacon, gammon hams, pork burgers and award winning sausages and meatballs. Our leg of pork, won us a prestigious 3 * rating, at the Great Taste Awards,2013. We can also supply half-pig orders.
